1. Information on your device
The app saves your language, company and shift settings, leave entries, overtime inputs and salary values locally. Scan results may include your name, employee number, job title and salary details when present in a document.
2. Scanning and document uploads
When you select a payslip or salary certificate, the app processes it to extract information. It may queue and send a copy to the developer for troubleshooting and improving document scanning, including retrying when a connection becomes available. Supported PDF and image files can be up to 50 MB. Review the in-app notice before selecting a document.
3. Information accompanying an upload
An upload may include the file, a generated app user ID and upload ID, selected company, original filename, file type and size, creation time, app version, Android version and device brand, manufacturer and model. Standard network information, including an IP address, may be processed during delivery. Production uploads in the updated app use Google Play Integrity to check the app and request.
4. Contacting support
The in-app Contact Us form sends the information you enter, such as your name, employee ID, company email address, subject and message, through FormSubmit to [email protected]. FormSubmit and the mailbox provider process those messages under their respective service practices.
5. Storage and deletion
Locally saved data remains until removed through the app, by clearing app storage or by uninstalling. Uploaded documents are retained by the developer for support, testing and document-processing review until manually deleted. Contact support to request deletion of uploaded files or related records. Support messages are retained according to the mailbox and service provider practices.
6. This website and service providers
This website does not ask you to upload documents and includes no advertising or analytics scripts. Cloudflare hosts and protects it and may process technical connection information to deliver the site. External Google Play, Cloudflare, FormSubmit and email services have their own privacy policies. The app currently contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK or Google Play Billing integration.
7. Security and changes
Reasonable technical precautions are used to protect information, but no transmission or storage method is guaranteed completely secure. This policy will be updated when relevant practices change. For questions or deletion requests, use Contact Us in the app or email the support address below.
